Our installs are completed by highly qualified technicians who understand fleet demands, not just parts installation. Every component is mounted, wired, and configured to hold up under daily use--not just look good on delivery day. KCTS is Ford Pro Certified, and our techs utilize a bay-build model which allows us to prioritize and complete several projects at once.  Your upfit will not be put at the end of the line.

Quality Control
If it's not right, it doesn't leave.
Every upfit goes through a highly structured quality control process before it's released. The QC team works through intake and initial quality inspection checks, functional testing, and final QC inspection and documentation. They work closely with our logistics department to guarantee proper delivery. In an effort to prioritize safety, KCTS is DOT and OSHA compliant.  We also specialize in providing safety equipment on upfits.

Our QC process ensures:

Logistics
Delays hurt schedules. We don't let that happen. Our close proximity to the KC Ford Assembly plant gives us the advantage of quick shipping and receiving.
We coordinate every step from arrival to final delivery--so your vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Whether it's one unit or a full fleet rollout, we keep things moving.
KCTS has Ship-thru on Ford F-150, Transit, Super Duty, Bronco Sport, Maverick, Ranger, and Mach-E as well as Ram ProMaster.
We also have Ship-to on all Chevrolet models.
